• 1. Processing times vary but generally items take around 21 BUSINESS DAYS to ship. After order confirmation I still need to order materials, make the item, and ship the item. These things take TIME.
  
  
• 2. I am a 1 person operation, things happen. Printers break, I run out of supplies, materials can be out of stock, etc. By continuing to place an order, you agree to understand that i MAY occasionally run past my 21 business day processing time. This only happens in rare cases and the time should be cut shorter soon due to a restructuring in my business.
  
  
• 3. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. If there is a mistake on my end that is one thing, but no returns or refunds just because you decided you didn't want it anymore. My profit margins are already low to give customers the best deal, I cannot afford to give things away.
  
  
• 4. I CANNOT RESPOND TO ANY AND ALL MESSAGES ALL THE TIME. If i sat around responding to messages full time nothing would get done. I have far too high order volume to reply to every single message. if you have questions about your order, submit a ticket in the contact form.
  
  
• 5. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping
  
  
• 6. Contacting me with threats and harassment will result in the cancellation of your order. I am human and will not tolerate it. A refund may or may not be given based on the current state of your order.
